GSK, 31 South Korean pharma companies, distributors fined for bid rigging in vaccine procurement

GlaxoSmithKline and 31 South Korean pharmaceutical companies and drug distributors were hit with a tentative fine of 40.9 billion won ($32 million) and corrective orders by the South Korean competition regulator for rigging bids in the South Korean government’s vaccine procurement over a period of six years.
