Greiner sees EU review of Recticel deal suspended

Austrian foam manufacturer Greiner has seen the European Commission's in-depth investigation into its plan to buy Belgian rival Recticel suspended.
The EU’s competition watchdog disclosed today on an update to its register of notified deals that it paused the investigation on Dec. 16.

The commission opened a phase II investigation
