Greiner files plan to acquire foam rival Recticel for EU review

Austrian foams and plastics producer Greiner has requested EU approval to acquire Belgian rival Recticel, according to an update today on the European Commission's register of deals. The regulator has set a Nov. 24 deadline to decide on the deal.
