Google to be sued by European publishers for billions over antitrust abuse in adtech

Google faces claims of billions of euros from European publishers and websites following the announcement of plans to bring class actions in the UK and the Netherlands.

The damages claims follow on from a French competition authority finding in 2021 that Google harmed competition in online advertising technology. Under EU law
