Google testimony sought by Texas AG; also hit with subpoena from Nebraska AG

Google has been hit with new subpoenas from the offices of the Nebraska and Texas attorneys general, MLex has learned.
On Feb. 25 Texas issued a civil subpoena to Google seeking all material it "receive[d] from or submit[ted] to the Nebraska Attorney General relating to its investigation into the business
