Google's appeal against Swedish GDPR fine to be ruled on soon

Google's appeal against a fine of 75 million Swedish kronor ($8.5 million) for breaching the EU's data-protection laws will be ruled on by the administrative court in Stockholm on Nov. 16, MLex has learned.

The case is being closely followed across Europe as it's one of the first major cases with a hefty fine
