Google’s app store fees are excessive and unfair, Epic Games tells UK judge as it bids to amend lawsuit

Epic Games told a UK judge today that Google’s app store fees are “excessive and unfair” as the games developer sought to amend its competition-law lawsuit over the US tech giant’s smartphone operating system.

There is “ample time” for the claim to be changed before it reaches trial, Daniel Jowell, a lawyer
