Google Play antitrust suit likely to get class certification for consumer plaintiffs, US judge says

A US federal judge signaled today that he’s likely to grant class certification to consumers who filed antitrust litigation over developer fees charged by the Google Play app store, but he said the addition of the Match Group is likely to delay an omnibus trial until late spring 2023.
