Google invokes First Amendment in fight against Ohio common carrier lawsuit

Google is invoking the First Amendment in a bid to toss a lawsuit from Ohio’s attorney general seeking a state judge’s declaration that the search giant has a duty under common law not to discriminate in its search results.
Republican Dave Yost filed in June a complaint in state court
