Glencore fined GBP276 million by UK court for Africa bribery

Glencore has been fined 276 million pounds ($317 million) by a UK court today, wrapping up a years-long investigation into bribes paid by the commodities trader across several African countries. 
A UK Glencore subsidiary pleaded guilty in June to seven counts of bribery, including two of failing to prevent bribery,
