GE Healthcare buyout of clinical AI unit will need UK antitrust, security clearances

GE Healthcare’s acquisition of Intelligent Ultrasound Group’s clinical artificial intelligence business will need UK national security and antitrust clearances.
The US company said it agreed to buy the software unit for about $51 million, and would integrate the business to “help clinicians improve workflow, reduce competitive tasks and simplify exams”
