Fungs E & M becomes last to admit liability to settle Hong Kong renovation-cartel lawsuit

Hong Kong decorating contractor Fungs E & M Engineering has become the last of nine parties to indicate it was willing to settle an enforcement lawsuit filed by the antitrust regulator by admitting liability, in the third case involving renovation cartels in local public housing projects before the competition court.
