FTC gets Illumina-Grail deal challenge dismissed without prejudice by US judge

Illumina and Grail today failed to convince a US judge that the Federal Trade Commission’s challenge to their planned deal should stay in court to prevent further administrative delays on top of the European Union’s review of the deal.
