FTC appeals Illumina-Grail deal court loss

The US Federal Trade Commission is appealing its failed bid to block Illumina's acquisition of Grail, MLex understands.
Yesterday, FTC Administrative Court Chief Judge D. Michael Chappell rejected the agency's bid to prohibit the deal, in a ruling seen as a blow to the agency's merger enforcement agenda (see here).
