French truck groups' boycott of digital platforms ends in antitrust fine

French trucking businesses and unions have been fined a total of 500,000 euros ($591,000) by the national competition authority for their efforts to boycott new digital platforms that offer direct contact between shippers and carriers. 

The organizations involved told their workers and members not to use intermediation platforms such as Chrono
