Fras-Le tells CADE its acquisition of Nakata wouldn't harm rivals' access to distributors

Fras-Le, an auto-parts supplier in Brazil, told the national competition authority its acquisition of local player Nakata and the resulting portfolio wouldn’t give the company enough power to harm competition or hamper rivals’ access to distributors, as argued by rival supplier Dana Inc.
