Fras-Le-Nakata auto parts deal draws queries from Brazil regulator about market characteristics

The Brazilian competition authority has reached out to more than 70 companies to gather information on the auto-parts aftermarket, including barriers to entry, alternative suppliers, concentration and imports, as part of its review of Fras-Le’s planned buyout of Nakata Automotiva.
