Four home healthcare staffing company owners and employees were charged with criminal antitrust law violations tied to a wage-fixing and no-poach conspiracy involving personal support specialists in Maine, according to the US Department of Justice.
The defendants are charged with engaging in the alleged wage-fixing and no-poach conspiracy from April 2020
