Former KPMG auditors' misconduct is the firm's misconduct, regulator says

Misconduct by KPMG auditors who forged documents amid an inspection of their Carillion and Regenersis audits can be said to have been committed by the firm itself, the UK sector regulator has said as a disciplinary tribunal examining those allegations draws to a close.
