Former JPMorgan forex trader who colluded with rivals meets skepticism in bid to throw out verdict

A former JPMorgan foreign exchange trader met with a judge's skepticism in arguments to overturn his conviction for colluding with rivals to manipulate currency prices.

The evidence in the case seems adequate to prove that Akshay Aiyer, a one-time JPMorgan trader in emerging markets currencies, engaged in a largely chatroom-mediated conspiracy with rivals
