Former JPMorgan forex trader's collusion conviction should be upheld, US prosecutors tell appeals court

A former JPMorgan foreign exchange trader's conviction for coordinating with rivals should stand, US prosecutors said, arguing that a judge was right to allow the case to proceed under the relatively easy-to-prove "per se" antitrust rule.
