Florida House moves comprehensive consumer privacy bill forward to final vote

The Florida House of Representatives is widely expected to pass a comprehensive consumer privacy bill tomorrow that includes a controversial private right of action.
The Florida House passed HB 969 on a second reading today, and the bill now goes to the floor for a final vote.
