First Covid-19 competitor cooperation agreement to be ruled on during CADE extraordinary session

The first Covid-19-related competitor cooperation agreement is scheduled to be ruled on tomorrow during an extraordinary session of the Brazilian competition authority's Tribunal, MLex has learned. The nature of the accord is confidential.
