Firmenich-DSM refiles with Indian authority to secure final merger clearance

Swiss perfume and flavors company Firmenich and Dutch-Swiss health, nutrition and bioscience company Koninklijke DSM have refiled their merger application with the Indian competition authority after their initial filing was considered "not valid" by the authority last month.
The parties have refiled with the Competition Commission of India, or CCI,
