Final raw materials compromise pushes EU benchmark for recycling to 25 percent

No less than a quarter of critical raw materials used in the EU will need to be recycled by 2030, as inter-institutional negotiators reached a deal to raise the benchmark in the Critical Raw Materials Act. After an only eight-month process, the legislation is ready for final votes.
