Final cement cartel hearing deferred following Indian high court ruling

The final two-day hearing in India's alleged cement cartel that had been scheduled for Sept. 29 and Sept. 30 was deferred after the Delhi High Court allowed the Builders Association of India to approach the antitrust watchdog and ask to be included as an interested party, MLex has learned.
