FIFA, German association fail to overturn temporary ban on rules for football agents

The Fédération Internationale de Football Association and the Deutscher Fussball-Bund today saw the Higher Regional Court in Düsseldorf issue an expedited ruling, rejecting their attempt to overturn a suspension of their new agents’ rules, which are suspected of being anticompetitive.
