Facebook TCPA case will get US Supreme Court review

The US Supreme Court today agreed to review a lawsuit accusing Facebook of violating a federal law aimed at curbing unwanted calls and text messages. 
In an order Thursday, the justices granted Facebook's request, but limited their review to the question of what devices are encompassed in the Telephone Consumer
