Facebook’s fight against German antitrust case goes to top EU court

Facebook’s bid to overturn a German decision on sharing data with its WhatsApp service will go to the EU’s highest court, after judges in Düsseldorf indicated that more clarity is needed on the application of EU data protection law to the case.
