Facebook given more time to answer EU concerns over Kustomer deal

Facebook has been granted an extra 10 working days to address the EU merger regulator's concerns about its plan to buy Kustomer, a US startup specializing in customer relationship management tools.
The European Commission extended its in-depth investigation yesterday, according to an update today on its register of notified deals.
