Facebook gets dismissal of US antitrust claims related to 'Copy, Acquire, Kill'

Facebook has gained dismissal of several antitrust claims involving its alleged strategy to copy, acquire or kill competitors, but a federal judge in California allowed consumer privacy claims and advertiser claims about a network bidding agreement with Google to go forward.
