Facebook deals for potential scrutiny in Brazil not easy to identify, company tells regulator in Big Tech probe

Facebook said that the Brazilian competition authority’s criteria for deals that require notification in the country aren't straightforward, making it hard for the company to identify which of its acquisitions in the last 10 years are the type sought by the regulator in its investigation of Big Tech transactions.
