Facebook accurately disclosed data-sharing practices, company says in move to terminate DC suit

Facebook told a US appeals court there's no evidence its privacy disclosures misled users prior to the Cambridge Analytica privacy scandal in 2018, urging the court to deny the District of Columbia’s bid to let a jury hear claims the social media giant’s privacy disclosures were “vague” and “sometimes contradictory.”
