Ex-Tokyo Olympic committee member and sponsor company executives arrested for bribery

A former member of the Tokyo Olympic organizing committee was arrested today for allegedly receiving bribes from a Japanese apparel company that was selected as one of the corporate sponsors for the Tokyo Olympics in 2021.
Three former executives of the company, Aoki Holdings, were also arrested.
