Ex-JPMorgan trader loses bid to have forex rigging conviction overturned

Former JPMorgan foreign exchange trader Akshay Aiyer has lost a bid to have his conviction for anticompetitive collusion with rivals reversed. 
The jury had enough evidence to find Aiyer, who conspired with other traders, guilty of violating antitrust law, US District Judge John Koeltl said in a written decision published
