Ex-Alstom executive's US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act conviction overturned

The foreign bribery conviction of ex-Alstom executive Lawrence Hoskins was overturned after a judge found that prosecutors didn't prove Hoskins, a UK national who worked in France, was sufficiently tied to the US.
