EU-US steel dispute could be resolved ahead of December tariff hike, Dombrovskis says

Europe's steel dispute with the US is resolvable within the next few months, the EU's trade chief said today. Valdis Dombrovskis said he was "moderately optimistic" of a deal to end the row by December, when the EU is due to increase retaliatory tariffs after a six-month suspension.
