EU's foreign-clearinghouse law to receive national approval next week

EU rules to scrutinize foreign clearinghouses, such as London’s LCH, are due to be cleared for takeoff next week, MLex understands. 

National diplomats will be asked to agree the lighter-touch monitoring published by the European Commission on July 14, after the European Parliament’s Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee also gave its nod earlier
