EU's Covid vaccine export controls to be extended to March 31 'soon,' trade official says

The EU's authorization scheme for Covid-19 vaccine exports will “soon” be extended to March 31, the bloc’s top trade enforcement official said today.

Denis Redonnet said the mechanism hasn't slowed exports, as approvals were given for all 112 authorization requests submitted so far for shipments to 25 countries, including the UK.
