EU’s Apple Pay antitrust probe faces delays due to fight over access to evidence

Skirmishes over sharing evidence have repeatedly delayed Apple's response to an EU charge sheet from early May alleging its Apple Pay service breached competition law, MLex has learned. 

Apple has battled EU regulators over what evidence they are required to hand over to allow the tech giant to fully defend itself, MLex understands.
