EU might take US to WTO over retaliatory tariffs on French imports

The EU is likely to take the US to the World Trade Organization over tariffs that Washington is planning to impose tomorrow on $1.3 billion of French imports as retaliation over the digital-services tax that Paris started collecting last year, MLex has learned.
