EU is ‘in energy war with Russia’ as ministers talk price spikes, Czechia's Síkela says

Jozef Síkela, Czechia's minister of industry and trade, has said the EU is “in an energy war with Russia” ahead of an emergency gathering of the bloc's energy chiefs.
