EU financial-market overhaul set for summer, draft policy plan says

Traders will see a new "consolidated tape" for financial markets proposed by the EU in the third quarter of this year, put forward alongside reforms to benchmark laws, controls on cryptoassets such as Facebook's Libra, and measures to oversee banks' use of cloud-service providers, documents seen by MLex show.
