EU finance sustainability reporting standards face centrist lawmakers' blocking move

A group of center-right and centrist EU lawmakers have moved to block new sustainability reporting standards for the finance sector.
The standards, published by the European Commission in July as a delegated regulation (see here) under the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, can be sent back to the EU executive
