EU eyes some flexibility on electric-vehicle charging-point targets, transport chief says

EU states may win flexibility for targets for electric-vehicle charging points under the Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation, transport commissioner Adina Vălean told the European Parliament’s transport committee this afternoon.

But she indicated that the European Commission might consider flexibility only for charging-point targets based on vehicle numbers, and doesn't plan to budge on targets
