EU court rightly disregarded Chinese WTO accession protocol in sweetener case, legal opinion says

The EU General Court was right to rule that investigators could disregard the Chinese protocol for accession to the World Trade Organization and refuse to grant market economy treatment in a dumping probe of a sweetener producer, according to a legal opinion prepared for the bloc's top court.
