EU can't tackle foreign subsidies properly without more resources, Guersent says

There will be “severe problems” enforcing new rules to tackle foreign subsidies unless the European Commission is given more resources, according to Olivier Guersent, head of the regulator’s competition department. 
“It's challenging enough to control state aids, but state aids given in Beijing? That is huge in terms of resources,”
