EU banks’ card-fee caps won’t change, commission says

Fee caps for EU debit and credit cards should stay as they are, the European Commission has said, in a move that will prompt a sigh of relief from the likes of Visa, Mastercard and major banks.
The announcement means that caps on the transaction fees that issuing banks can charge
