EU antitrust guidelines are effort to 'systematize' enforcement, says Guersent

An EU push to write antitrust guidelines is part of an effort by the European Commission to "systematize" its approach to enforcing the law regulating dominant companies, according to the bloc's top competition official.
Speaking at a conference,* Olivier Guersent said another example of that push is a forthcoming revision
