EU aims to reach 'mini' trade deal with US by March 18, Hogan says

The EU has been negotiating a "mini-deal" with the US on industrial tariffs, non-controversial sanitary and phytosanitary measures, conformity assessment, energy and technology, EU trade chief Phil Hogan said. The bloc's aim is to reach an agreement with Washington within the next 30 days before the hike of the US tariffs
